My art reflects my lifestyle. Living to the fullest, enjoying every day, celebrating  friendships and freedom of choice. I see the world in vivid colours - that allows me to take joy and inspiration from everything that surrounds me especially nature. That  is why I fell in love with Alentejo. Since I have moved to a small village called Cova Da Zorra (near Sao Luis), my paintings became brighter and more colourful. It is not only down to wonderful countryside but also to the local community which welcomed me to Portugal with open arms. I am lucky to have friends from different backgrounds, of different ethnicities and with diverse outlooks on life.  People have always interested me. I am fascinated with human anatomy as much as different cultures and local folklore. That is why my art is mainly about portraiture, emotions and human interaction. I hope you will really enjoy my first Portuguese exhibition, I have certainly enjoyed creating it.
