Framing Human Nature

Framing Human Nature

  • Dominik Jasiński’s exhibition *Framing Human Nature* is a moving narrative about the human being—exploring emotions, physicality, and inner tensions. Through his distinctive  style, the artist examines the ambiguous and the elusive: human nature in all its richness and complexity.

  • The human figure remains the central motif of Jasiński’s work. The figures in his paintings—most often female—serve as vehicles for emotions, experiences, and symbolic meanings. Balancing between beauty and distortion, subtlety and expression, the artist creates a world of contrasts and tensions where reality intertwines with imagination.

  • The distinctive color intensity, dynamic lines, and ornamental composition evoke the aesthetics of Art Nouveau and the Young Poland movement, while simultaneously retaining a distinctly contemporary character. Jasiński’s painting does not follow the classical depiction of reality; on the contrary, it consciously transcends those boundaries, constructing its own evocative visual language.

  • "Framing Human Nature" is an exhibition that invites reflection on identity, emotion, and the relationship between the external and the hidden. The artist does not impose definitive interpretations on the viewer, leaving space for individual readings of the works on display. It is an encounter with art that engages the emotions and encourages attentive observation.

  • We invite you to join us on a journey through the world of emotions, symbols, and artistic interpretations of human nature—a journey that inspires reflection, mindfulness, and the discovery of what often remains unseen at first glance.
